When most people think of cosmetic injections, they think of Botox® because it is a well-known brand in the cosmetic injection industry.  Botox® has paved the way for advancements in injectable technology, and we love using Botox® for specific areas of the face.

When we are asked about anti-wrinkle treatments versus fillers, the truth is that there is no one-size-fits-all answer.  While both fall into the category of cosmetic injections, each is used to treat different issues and areas of the face.  If you're unsure which option you need, schedule a consultation with us. Dr. Vargas will review your goals and create a personalized treatment plan that includes the appropriate cosmetic injections to target the areas you wish to address.  Sometimes, we use a combination of anti-wrinkle injections and fillers, depending on the client's needs.

  • Our goal is to make sure your visit to Troncones Med Spa is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. With that said, if you are concerned about pain, or don’t like needles, please let us know during your consultation.

  • The end result will depend on what you tell Dr. Vargas during your initial consultation. If you’d prefer a more subtle, natural enhancement, that’s our area of expertise, and we’ll gladly make sure you leave looking like yourself, just refreshed. If you want a dramatic change, we can do that too. We customize every treatment to your preference!

  • No, most injections take anywhere from 3 to 14 days post-treatment to see the final results. During your consultation, we’ll discuss what you can expect from the injections we recommend in your treatment plan.

  • The amount of time you get out of an injection treatment will vary as it depends on a number of factors including:

    • Which product we use

    • The area we treat

    • How fast your body metabolizes the product

    Dr. Vargas will cover all this with you during your initial consultation.
